Will the Real Executive Managing Editor Please Stand Up, Please Stand Up

I won my election to executive managing editor of my journal. Well, I say won loosely, because I ran unopposed, but I am still happy, especially because I did not have to give a speech. The elections lasted for about 3 hours, from 8-11 pm, so I am kind of tired now and also I think I am coming down with something. I've got sore throat and a little bit of drainage and general fatigue (although that could just be a general condition and not a symptom of any illness). I am taking some Nyquil and going to bed.
